Welcome to Star Miracle Healing. By booking a session, purchasing services, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms outline the nature of our services, payment policies, and limitations of liability, among other important details.

1. Nature of Services

  • 1.1 Quantum Healing Disclaimer:

    Our services, including energy healing, quantum healing, and related practices, are complementary modalities aimed at enhancing overall well-being. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.

  • 1.2 Non-Medical Advice:

    We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical advice or concerns.

  • 1.3 Personal Responsibility:

    By engaging in our services, you acknowledge that results vary and are influenced by your own participation, mindset, and personal circumstances.

2. Booking and Payment

  • 2.1 Appointment Scheduling

    All appointments must be booked through our website, email, or by contacting

  • 2.2 Payment:

    Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept bank transfers or Revolute & PayPal.

  • 2.3 Refunds:

    Refunds are only issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. After this period, payments are non-refundable.

  • 2.4 Session Expiration:

    Pre-purchased packages or sessions must be used within [insert time frame, e.g., 6 months] from the purchase date unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • 3.1 Cancellation Policy:

    If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your session. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a non refundable.

  • 3.2 Company Cancellations:

    We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

  • 2.3 Refunds:

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • 4.1 Data Collection:

    We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, and any information you voluntarily share during sessions.

  • 4.2 Use of Data:

    Your information will only be used to deliver services, manage bookings, and improve our offerings. We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

  • 4.3 Confidentiality:

    All information shared during sessions will be kept strictly confidential unless required by law.

5. Liability and Waiver

  • 5.1 No Guarantees:

    While we aim to provide beneficial services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Results are subjective and vary by individual.

  • 5.2 Limitation of Liability:

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Star Miracle Healing and its facilitators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • 5.3 Indemnification:

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Star Miracle Healing and its facilitators from any claims or liabilities resulting from your use of our services.

6. Code of Conduct

  • 6.1 Client Behaviour:

    Clients are expected to act respectfully and courteously toward our practitioners. Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

  • 6.2 Practitioner Rights:

    We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services to any individual at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

  • 7.1 Content Ownership:

    All content on our website, social media, and marketing materials, including text, images, and branding, is the intellectual property of Star Miracle Healing.

  • 7.2 Prohibited Use:

    You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without prior written consent.

8. Workshop Terms & Conditions

  • 8.1 Booking & Payment

    8.1.1. A booking is confirmed only once full payment or the required deposit has been received.
    8.1.2. Prices may vary between locations and countries.
    8.1.3. If paying a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid by the date specified upon booking.

  • 8.2 Cancellations & Refunds

    8.2.1. Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: full refund or credit (minus admin fee).
    8.2.2. Cancellation 14–30 days before the event: 50% refund or event credit.
    8.2.3. Cancellation within 14 days of the event: non-refundable.
    8.2.4. If StarMiracle Healing cancels the event, participants will receive a full refund or credit. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or related expenses.

  • 8.3 Participation Requirements

    8.3.1. Workshops may involve physical movement, breathwork, sound healing, energy practices, or extended meditation.
    8.3.2. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally able to take part.
    8.3.3. Anyone with injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or undergoing medical treatment must consult a doctor before attending.

  • 8.4 Behaviour & Safe Environment

    8.4.1. Respectful behaviour towards facilitators, staff, and participants is mandatory.
    8.4.2. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal without refund.

  • 8.5 Liability

    8.5.1. StarMiracle Healing and its facilitators accept no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by proven negligence.
    8.5.2. Participants assume responsibility for their personal belongings.

  • 8.6 Intellectual Property

    8.6.1. All workshop material—written, audio, or visual—remains the intellectual property of StarMiracle Healing.
    8.6.2. No recording, redistribution, or duplication is permitted without written consent.

  • 8.7 Photography & Media

    8.7.1. Photos or short recordings may be taken for promotional purposes.
    8.7.2. Participants may opt out by notifying us before the event.

  • 8.8 Governing Law (International)

    8.8.1. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the event physically takes place.
    8.8.2. Examples:

    • Events in England & Wales → governed by English law
    • Events in Ireland → governed by Irish law
    • Events in other EU countries → governed by the law of that EU member state
    8.8.3. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of the event location.

  • 8.9 Data Protection

    8.9.1. We comply with UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and relevant data protection laws in each event location.
    8.9.2. Participant information is used solely for event management, consent, and safety purposes.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
