Before my unexpected near-death experience in 2015, I lived what many would consider an ordinary life — I was a devoted mother of two and a respected professional working in the mining industry.

During my NDE, I experienced a profound out-of-body journey that transported me into another dimensional reality. There, I met luminous light beings who gifted me with the frequency of unconditional love.

Returning to this world was not easy. The contrast between that higher realm and physical life led me into a deep five-year depression — a dark night of the soul that ultimately became the catalyst for my spiritual awakening in December 2019.

This awakening expanded my perception and ignited a remembrance within me — universal wisdom and inner knowing that I had never encountered during my BA or MBA studies.

Today, I serve humanity as a mindfulness teacher, and quantum and sound healing facilitator. My mission is to support others in remembering their true essence, embodying their potential, and expanding human consciousness. I am honoured to witness the profound transformations and life-changing healing that my clients and students experience through this work.
